JOSIEKAYYYY ÏŸ JK BRAND
for the western in all of us
howdy, i'm jos.
i'm josie teagarden, and this is my brand.

growing up on a little cow-calf operation, i thought cattle brands were the coolest thing (i still do lol). i used to cuddle up on the couch with a brand blanket and i even have the wild idea of getting my grandpa's brand, t cut, tatted on my wrist. plenty of times i've thought about wanting my own brand, but without cattle, it seemed like a dumb idea. and then i realized, that i have a brand. the things i do, the lingo i use, the stuff i'm passionate about, the content i create: THAT is my brand. so i hopped on photoshop and i drew myself up my JK brand in peachy pink, because that's me :)

i'm a strong advocate for faith, freedom, and agriculture. i love kstate football and my friends that have turned into family here in Manhattan, Kansas almost more than life itself. i enjoy spending time with my family and friends, preferably at Sugar Valley Lake or scream singing Dixieland Delight - both give me warm fuzzies. i most enjoy listening to Robert Earl Keen, going on sunset drives, having my picture taken, getting political, anything western fashion, and going on mission trips (especially to Village of Hope in Guatemala). i got featured by Wrangler once and Robert Earl Keen reposted me on his story, and those are still probably some of the coolest things that have ever happened to me. oh, and i really only type in "baby letters" because as unprofessional as it may be, i just think it looks prettier.
my two cents: i'll end this by saying that there isn't really a perfect definition of what makes someone cowboy. you may not be a rodeo queen or a bullrider. and you don't have to grow up on a farm or ranch, or have shown cattle your whole life. you may not know how to throw a rope or maybe you don't know how to strap up a saddle. and maybe you're like me, and you're legit ALLERGIC to horses (it's sad i know). but here's the thing, regardless of your upbringing, your experiences, or your beliefs, there's a little western in all of us. #yeehaw
